Services

What would it feel like to move through your days with more ease?
To feel supported in your body, with more room to breathe, move, and simply be.
If you want to feel more comfortable, grounded, and more at home in yourself, this work is for you.

Ways We Can Work Together

Not sure what service to book?

You don’t need to know the “right” modality.
Use the guide below to help you choose, or we can decide together during your session.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, sensitive, or burned out?

Headaches, jaw tension, anxiety, concussion history, trauma, or difficulty fully resting

⇨ Consider Craniosacral Therapy

Is your main issue pain, tightness, or restriction?

Chronic tension, old injuries, TMJ, migraines, postural strain, or feeling “stuck” in your body

⇨ Consider Myofascial Release Therapy

Do you feel discomfort deep in your core?

Digestive issues, rib or pelvic tension, low back pain, scar tissue, or pain that shifts locations

⇨ Consider Visceral Manipulation

Are you dealing with swelling or inflammation?

Post-surgical recovery, edema, autoimmune conditions, sluggishness, or feeling heavy or congested

⇨ Consider Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Does more than one of these apply?

Many bodies don’t fit neatly into one category. Most sessions blend approaches based on what your body needs that day.

F.A.Q.

  • While I am not in network with any insurance providers, I do offer a superbill as a courtesy which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee they will reimburse you for the full amount, or at all.

Your insurance may only reimburse you for massage that is medically necessary. If this is the case, a treatment referral with diagnosis codes is required at or prior to the first appointment and sessions will orient toward the documented medical necessity.

It is not within my scope of practice to provide diagnosis codes.

  • As of January 2026, I am no longer accepting PIP or L&I.

  • Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation sessions are conducted with clients fully clothed.

For your comfort and ease of movement, I recommend loose comfortable clothing, like what you might wear to the gym. Joggers or pajama pants are better than tight yoga pants with a thick waistband for accessing the abdomen.

Please do plan to undress for full sessions of MLD, particularly if your swelling is acute (lymphedema, post-surgery).

Myofascial work can be performed either clothed or unclothed, your preference.

  • Of course! If you would like more than one modality in a single session, 90 mins is recommended. Otherwise, I have found things can feel incomplete because we tried to do too much.

Feel free to contact me to discuss your needs and find out what duration is best for you.
