Services

All sessions (except PIP and L&I) are booked under Bodywork with Jennifer.
If you have a specific treatment in mind, just note your preference when scheduling. I'll tailor the session to your needs

For maximum benefit when combining modalities during your session, please book 90-minutes or longer

Note: Rate for a self-referred/self-pay 60-minute session reflects a $20 discount for payments made in full at the time of service, compared to sessions billed to insurance for injury claims.

What Modality Is Right For Me?

If you have chronic pain from an injury, accident or surgery that occurred over 6 weeks ago

F.A.Q.

  • While I am not in network with any insurance providers, I do offer a superbill as a courtesy which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee they will reimburse you for the full amount, or at all.

Services provided where a superbill is requested require a prescription from your medical provider prior to the session. The session will address only the areas prescribed.

I also accept first party PIP claims and LNI. See additional details below.

  • Yes. I do accept first-party PIP and worker’s compensation (LNI) claims.

These sessions are limited to an hour in length. A prescription is required from your medical provider and the claim must be verified prior to beginning our work together. Sessions will be tailored around the areas indicated on the prescription.

Because I offer a payment at time of service discount, sessions where no payment is taken at the time of the appointment and a third party is billed on your behalf are $165 for 60 minutes.

If the funds from insurance have been exhausted, you will be liable for payment for the services received.

  • Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation sessions are conducted with clients fully clothed.

For your comfort and ease of movement, I recommend loose comfortable clothing, like what you might wear to the gym. Joggers or pajama pants are better than tight yoga pants with a thick waistband for accessing the abdomen.

Please do plan to undress for full sessions of MLD, particularly if your swelling is acute (lymphedema, post-surgery).

Myofascial work can be performed either clothed or unclothed, your preference.

  • The short answer is yes, however…

Myofascial and Craniosacral methods are slow-going. This can be amplified if this is our first time meeting, or if you’ve never received this kind of work before.

Depending on the reasons for combining modalities and the techniques requested, I may request that you book a longer session, 90 or 120 mins, to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.

Feel free to contact me to discuss your needs and find out what duration is best for you.

  • When you turn off of Airport Way S, onto Horton, the Urban Worklofts building is on your left.

Pull into either of the first two driveways. You may see a sign upon entry that says Permit Parking Only. However, 2-hour guest parking spots are available on each level of the garage. These are marked with “Guest Parking” signs on the wall.

If these spots are full, there is parking at the Old Rainer Brewery lot, less than a block away.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you need assistance.

  • After parking in a guest spot in the garage, follow the orange and black signs for The Urban Worklofts. They will direct you to the gray entry door where you'll find the keypad to get buzzed up to suite 547.

I do not have a waiting area, so please do not buzz up more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

The building has a finicky elevator. If, once you’re inside the elevator, the elevator floor button does not turn blue after you pushed it, you need to return to the call box and call again.
